Tasting notes
A pale and crystalline coral pink colour, Garnet is a delicate, irresistibly delicious immediate wine. Characterised by a clear olfactory framework that opens onto typical hints of wild strawberries, currants and raspberries. Followed by aromas of peach blossom, which mix with pleasant saline sensations. On the palate it is fresh and agile, supported by a solid acid boost and perfectly measured in softness. Fruity and citrus finish.
Food pairing
Warm octopus salad, shrimp skewers, salmon with tomatoes and thyme, sashimi.

Production process
Produced with Negroamaro grapes, harvested manually at the beginning of September. Short skin contact maceration in the press and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature (18°C), subsequent brief ageing in stainless steel before bottling.
Fun facts
Produttori di Manduria is the oldest cooperative still active in Apulia. Today the company can count on 900 hectares of vineyards, mainly cultivated with Primitivo grapes. There are more than 400 small artisans-winemakers who, thanks to their deep knowledge of this ancient vine, have earned the mention of "Masters in Primitivo". In 2018, the first in Italy with 8 other pioneers, the winery obtained the certification of "Sustainable Company".
