Botanicals

  • Lemon balm: Plant with green leaves rich in various beneficial properties. Aromatic and medicinal herb with a fresh lemon scent
  • Murray River Salt: Rich in minerals and substances contained in some algae, such as carotene, which give a delicate apricot color to the salt flakes. Murray River salt has a mild, sweet flavor.
  • Juniper: Slight bitter and resin scent with a strong balsamic note.
  • Finger Lime: Of Australian origin also known as lemon caviar. Flavor similar to lemon with highly digestive properties.
  • Cardamom: Ancient spice obtained from the seeds of a tropical herbaceous plant. Balsamic and refreshing aroma with a floral and lemon flavor gives a fresh and pungent taste.
  • Cedar: With a sour bitter taste.
  • Pink grapefruit

Tasting notes

Crystalline and transparent with a balsamic and savoury taste. Immediately the juniper comes through and then an explosive crescendo of fresh citrus fruits to finish again on the delicately saline notes of the River Murray.

Fun facts

Federico Lugaresi was the first to create a salt gin in Italy, Gin Primo. Starting from this incredible product, he had the idea to create the Primo Giramondo line, a series of gins with botanicals from each of the five continents.
